looking for a movie which my friend described "about children that were born vampires and they had little infants killing their mothers they made like 2 of them, one of the movies they put all the vampire infants in an island". Thanks.

There were three movies in the 'It's Alive' series:

1) 'It's Alive!'

2) 'It Lives Again!' a.k.a. 'It's Alive! 2'

3) 'Island of the Alive' a.k.a  'It's Alive! 3: Island of the Alive'

Sounds like it could be the IT'S ALIVE series, except that the IT'S ALIVE babies were not vampires.
