what's this movie

i remember watching a movie that was insanely bad and i can't remember the name, Some things that happened were a boy and girl fell in love (in Italy i think) she dies becomes a zombie and he puts her head in his tv monitor to talk with her. Does this ring any bells? I thought Peter Jackson did this movie since it reminds me so much of dead alive. PLEASE HELP ME FIND THIS MOVIE!!!!

Sounds a little bit like Return of the Living Dead III, but, then again, I haven't seen it yet.

Definitely Cemetary Man. Quite an odd little flick-- I'll definitely have to give it another look when it comes to DVD.
