It was some awful '80s or '70s film about some guy who any sexual act he would do turned him into a flesh eating demon. At the end I believe his girlfriend is captured so he sleeps with a whore and becomes full demon and at the end, everything turns out well. Any guesses?

Sounds like My Demon Lover.  I don't remember the plot line of that movie, though, so you'll probably have to find out for yourself.

Every dead body that is not exterminated becomes one of them. It gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill.
