I stumbled upon this online Myst-er a few days ago, and decided to share it with my fellow freaks:

I also ask this question:  What PC based games have you experienced that have truly scared you?  I have heard of the Silent Hill series, but am hesitant to buy until I've heard that it is worth the money.  Any other suggestions?

Well I have played the entire Slient Hill series for the PS and PS2 and found they are creepy. The monsters are well done and has many layers of psychologic scares as well. Its not just thing popping out of place kind of scares. Their up to 4 now number three is my personal favortie but try number two for some real creepy stuff.

I just remembered other game Fatal Frame. Their two out  for PS2 but I don't know about PC.
