movie question:

Animated flick: What's the name of the movie where a father alien and a daughter ailen (giant) are playing with a little boy  human that has a control collar around his neck. There's also a scene where two adult humans are fighting and their hair is tied together.
Could someone PLEASE help?
This is driving me crazy. I've seen this years ago but cannot think of the name.....

One of the best eerie, minimal-animation films ever made.
I saw this on the big screen 5 or 6 times in Virginia in the '70's.  It was a college town -- what more can I say?

True though this is an excellent toon. I've never seen anything quite like it. Unfortunately 73 was a little before my time so I had to resort to VHS. I imagine it was quite an experiance on the big screen.
