Need help w/ 3...

Hey, guys, how is everyone? Got 3 more for y'all. Sorry, but not much detail.
1.) Kids race hot rods and murder the elderly couple next door by hanging them from a tree. (Had nightmares about this one for a while when I was little) Then another neighbor becomes the vigilante and blows up the cars. Probably from the 1970's.
2.) People flee a burning building at the very end of the movie and when they look back the flames and smoke form a silhouette of the devil in the sky. (More nightmares for me). From the 1960's I think.
3.) Little girl hugs her mom and fries her to a crisp. Saw this one on one of Elvira's Saturday night features in the early 1980's. Probably from the 1970's or so.

Yeah the 3rd is The Children. Click shadow's link and the part you're talking about is even the movie clip at the bottom of the page. I"m not sure what that first one is though.

No. 2 is a loose match for The Car.  At the end, the demon car blows up and the fiery face of the devil is seen in the smoke.

Number 2 is definitely Qaurtermass. The picture in the middle of the poster is exactly what I was thinking of. Thanks, Gerry, you gave me goosebumps. LOL.

I've never seen either of them, so I'm not sure if they fit the bill, but they are right around the time period you're looking for.

I've never seen either of them, so I'm not sure if they fit the bill, but they are right around the time period you're looking for.

I don't recall anybody hanging in HOT RODS to HELL...and I own race WITH THE DEVIL,and can positivly say that isn't it. Seen THE CAR...but the smoke demon comes from the car blowing up...not a building.

I think number 1 may be "Outrage" with Robert Culp. Some bits I remember from it.
The Kids try to run down Culp and he karate chops the headlight as he gets out of the way.
They kill his large shaggy dog by hitting it with one of the cars.
The punks back a large truck through the fence around the swimming pool of an elderly woman and dump garbage into the pool.
