Funny stuff    We've already got a little plastic pumpkin on top of our TV.  No gourds just yet though.

Funny read.  I've got some pumpkin scented candles, oils etc on my coffee table.  In my hall closet I have crappy Halloween candy stashed for trick-or-treators (stuff we don't like so we won't eat it).  Also had gone to a Dollar Store and bought cheap paper ghosts, witches, and whatnot to put up outside.  We have a LOT of kids in our neighborhood.

I don't buy REAL pumpkins anymore.  When my kids were little I used to roast the seeds, but they never really like them anyway.  And then there would always be some kid who would steal it and and we'd find it smashed in the street in front of our house in the morning.

I do get a kick out of the little kids (under 5) who come to the door on Halloween, though.  They are always so cute.

I love the corn mazes, pumpkin cannons and whatnot of fall.  I don't REALLY like scary halloween stuff.
