I always imagined the Rise of the Machines a bit more spectacular, but it is a start, I suppose.

None of this funny, of course, to the people involved in all of these incidents, but reading further down the article, I see that a fourth of U.K. residents admit to barbecuing with an open flame while drunk. At first, I thought they were writing about us Texans, except the percentage who barbecue over an open flame while drunk is probably over 25%. Here in Texas it is just natural to have a barbecue fork in one hand and a beer in the other.
