TV episodes that scared you?

When I was little I was scared for days after seeing a Twilight Zone about underwater tapping leading to the discovery of a lost submarine. When they got into the sub they found one of the long-dead sailors leaning against the hull still holding a hammer. That had me spooked like crazy and my dad kept teasing me by going, "Tap-tap-tap...."

When I was a child, I scared some episodes "Goosebumps" and "Are you afraid od dark?".

And I was scared definitely prison episode from unknown Tv series, when a prison guard released a prisoner, but he killed him by shot in his back.
