There was one a long time ago, I believe you mean the one in 1991.

YOUR VICE IS A LOCKED ROOM AND ONLY I HAVE THE KEY (1971) has a woman walling up a guy alive with a black cat.

Inmates of an asylum wall Boris Karloff up alive in BEDLAM (1946).

TALES OF TERROR (1962) has one of three tales where VINCENT PRICE is walled up with his lover by PETER LORRE (she's his wife) accidentally walling up her cat with them both... "The Black Cat" ... the corpses are revealed after investigators hear a cat wailing behind a new wall...

^ That film is mentioned on page 1.
Yeh, I thought maybe it was mentioned... 11 years ago when the thread started.

Ok, well this is an odd bump. I only found this site because i am looking for exactly what Venomx is looking for. Everything matches, i've even watched a few of the ones listed before making my own account so i can reply. It is definitely not Tales of terror, Cask, as I've watched both of those tonite, hoping to find the specific scene.

The only thing i can really add to help the flow of info are these points:
   * The wall got broken, but not from the outside. The dead thing inside broke out.
   * Something about the bricks "bleeding"
   * There were other bodies inside the wall that the blonde guy was about to be encased in. At the very least one other body already there, and blonde
      dude did see it
   * Pretty sure the dead folks that got out, ended up bricking the bad guy into the wall at the end

A guy bricked up a girl in the BLACK CAT (1966). I don't think that's it.
Karloff got bricked up in BEDLAM (1946). Don't think that's it either.
This has been going on since 2009!

@RCMerchat

TBH im more glad that someone else out there that knows this exists, and also cannot find it. Ive been looking for AGES and i thought i was going crazy.
Im not even 100% certain the movie im searching for is the same he's searching for, but going through all the suggestions listed here has been fun. I find myself hoping i come across some obscure movie that ends up being exactly what he has been seeking, even if its not the same lol

Its been stated here a few times, the movie we are looking for is not The Cask of Amontillado, nor The Black Cat, or The Pit and the Pendulum. I will keep looking though, its out there somewhere :)
