Man Takes Drugs Changes into Monster, HELP!!!

K this is blessing I found this Board, now lets hope for some closure.

I watched This movie when I was A kid, late 70's or even maybe 80's

The scene that sticks out in my head is a Young guy, mid 20's is in hanging out at a party.
He takes some kind of drugs, the scene turns into kinda an acid trippy pyschodelic thing and I believe
hes having sex next.  Then next thing I remeber is he turns into something that kinda reminds me
of toxi and is running down an alley? I actually think he throws a guy into a car


I know its really vague, and jumps around, but anyhelp I would much appreciate!!!
