I read Mad a bit when I was a kid, and one thing I always liked is when they ripped a movie. It could be my favorite movie, and they'd rip it in a way that was funny without leaving a feeling of insult. It just seemed like Mad's way of doing things, and like the obnoxious younger brother they always seemed to be, could not be taken seriously enough for a person to be offended. I LOVED when they ripped 'One Flew Over the Coo Coo's Nest' (One Coo Coo Flew Over the Rest). What ones do you remember as being particularly memorable?
Raw bacon is GREAT! It's like regular bacon, only faster, and it doesn't burn the roof of your mouth!

Happiness is green text in the "Stuff To Watch For" section.

James James: The man so nice, they named him twice.

"Aw man, this thong is chafing my balls" -Lloyd Kaufman in Poultrygeist.

"There's always time for lubricant" -Orlando Jones in Evolution

Joe the Destroyer

There were quite a few I remember... I used to pick up Mad Magazine all the time from the library when I was a kid.

Mentl (parody of "Yentl")
Robocrap
Home Agroan
Grimlins 2: The New Botch
Teenrage Moolah Nitwit Turtles
Rockhead (parody of "Rocky")

Mr. DS

Almost any time they did Star Blecch. Their parody of Star Trek: The Motion Picture was especially good.

Same can be said for Star Wars. Also liked their parody of Jaws.

Gosh, been so long since I've read Mad... but I DO remember some of the cool parodies I read way back when, I even still quote jokes from them.

One of my favorites is from Superman 3.  The scene where Pryor's character hands Superman a piece of altered kryptonite and Superman goes, "Oh, my God, I suddenly feel like I'd enjoy doing MEAN and evil things to people!  What's to become of me?"

And Pryor responds, "You could always become a high school principal."

The parody they did of Star Trek: The Next Generation had some funny bits as well.

Tasha Yar, "I grew up in a savage place where life was a constant battle for survival.  Hey, it's not easy growing up poor in Beverly Hills!"

Riker: Sir, reports indicate that MILLIONS of people are dying throughout the galaxy!
Picard: How?!?  We've wiped out war and disease, what are they dying from?
Riker: Boredom!
Picard: Then how come we're still alive?
Riker: Because we're the only carriers!

I can even remember crazy lines from various other parodies (some I occasionally use in my life).  For instance, a line from a parody of Double Dare (old Nickelodeon game show, dunno if it's still on in one form or another.)

Team One: Dare!
Team Two: Double dare!
Team One: Dare you a hundred times!
Team Two: Dare you a MILLION times!
Mark (the host): Okay guys, as slim as our format is, I think we're losing track of it.

That's a good one for D&D sessions... :)

I liked the Karate Kid parody (can't remember the name of it).
"Gobble-de-gook! Gookey-de-gobble!!"

Though it's not a movie, the Full House parody was cool as well.
"Nothin' out there but God's little creatures - more scared of you than you are of them"  - Warren, "Just Before Dawn"
