Could someone please help me name this film?

I'm not sure what year it was made.  It was about this group of psychos hunting this woman throughout the countryside. She finds this abandoned farm house, gears up with weapons, and takes on all of them. In one scene she throws railroad spikes into this guys eyes. In the end, the gang leader puts on this leather head harness. The harness has this spike that fits on his forehead. He tries to head butt her, she dodges, and he gets his head stuck in a tree. She gets up, grabs a hatchet, and chops his head in half. She yells, "I WIN!"

I love when movies are available on YouTube - I've looked at all kinds of non-nutritive junk movies that way.  THEY CALL ME MACHO WOMAN!!?  Absolutely delightful.  How could I have missed this one!?  You've never seen so many cruel scumbags suffer horrible painful deaths!! 
Now I need a copy, too!

As I watched the trailer, I realized I had seen this before. At least parts of it. God knows where.

Just finished it, and it is definitely worth owning. Loads of fun, crappy dialogue, blood splattered deaths...all the things that make an afternoon in front of the TV worthwhile.
