Oh, and by the way, you're thinking of Glen Danzig, not Rollins.  Rollins was never in the Misfits, he was in Black Flag, and Danzig is indeed a dick.

Yup, you're right.  I don't know why I was thinking the Misfits...it's been a looooong week.

As for Danzig, I actually like some of his stuff.

Not too bad.

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

I cannot believe that I forgot Marillion - Misplaced Childhood

That is one album I can listen to every day and all day

I have the original cover - the ultra-cheesy one with just the Exodus logo and a red/black background - for the album. I think most have the siamese babies.

I was heavily into his version of Black Flag in high school-- really helped me get through those years.

I was shocked to see him years later on VH1's The List.  That was hard to take.

Hoooboy.  I like EVERYTHING.   Well, genre-wise, anyway.  I have some serious beefs with certain bands.

Currently, my favorite bands, however, are Radiohead (God, I love their new stuff.  Soooo much.), and the Dillinger Escape Plan.  $5 to anyone who can find enough beauty in the chaos that is Dillinger to listen to an entire album at once.

It's gonna be easier for me to list bands that I dislike, rather than the ones I enjoy. Major hates include:
Disturbed.  God, I hate these guys.  One my major hates is being generic, or only having one real sound, and milking that for an entire album   As well as inane lyrics.  And, well, that pretty much sums up Disturbed.
Linkin Park- Same deal.  It's great mood musi, if that mood is 'p**sed off and watching anime'.  Aside from that, I think Chester should start his own band and strip down the sound.  Overproduction hurts his voice, it would sound better raw.
Creed- Dear, dear God.  No, really.  Since another one of my all-time favorite bands is Pearl Jam, Scott Stapp just makes me sad with that incredibly contrived Eddie Vedder voice he tries ever so hard to cultivate.  And nevermind the messiah complex...

And..erf.  I've run out of bitterness steam.  Must..listen..to..more...Dillinger...

Thank God someone else who feels the same way I do about thos band. But you have me at an advantage. Singer David Drainman went to high school with me ( I can't remember him but all my friends tell me I should remember him as we all partied together....news to me) If you so much as say one bad thing about them people tell you that you are not supportive of the local talent. Sorry I am supportive of real talent and all they can show me is they know how to copy themselves on each album just like Creed
