Matlin Summary on IMDB?

Whats up at IMDB? all of the Matlin Reviews have been replaced by Amazon Summaries?

I was wondering about that too. What gives? Maybe it's some legal thing?

If I had to guess why they are no longer being used it is that one side or the other chose not to renew the agreement.  Maybe Maltin wanted more money for his blurbs to be used or possibly there was a "creative difference."
