Top Navigator Bar

Hi all, I am working on creating templates to make updating the site easier.  One thing I have been wanting to do is a top navigation bar throughout the site.  This is my current testbed, if everyone would give me some feedback:

I am looking forward to a standardized interview format, because that will make it easier for me to post them.  That will take me a good bit of effort to complete.  My current target is to have that ready by January.

I like it.
Before, you either had to press the back button or scroll all the way down to the links at the bottom to go elsewhere in the site.
A top navigator bar would be great!

I also like it. I think it's a good addition to the main board.
