One I can't recall the title...

Some sort of clinic that specialised in putting your brain in another persons body. Grannies were doing it as they had their brains put into younger persons, though somewhat strangely retained their odd croaky voice.

Some sort of cellar frankenstein thing (failed experiment) involved as well. Believe a him and her made a close excape. Now that I think of it, plot reminds me of Hostel!

Any thoughts...I think it even had 'brain' in the title somewhere, but that doesn't narrow it down greatly on IMDB.

This has got to be "The Atomic Brain."  I keep meaning to buy the Something Weird Video DVD.  They do a great job of putting out these movies.  The link gives me credit if you buy it.  If you would rather not, just go to Amazon and search on the title under DVD.  It should pop right up.

Certainly seems like it...but the one I remember was in colour? I'm sure it was 80's. Maybe it was remade (or ripped off)? Can't find any references to a remake.

Would certainly oblige, but Region 1 isn't my thing. And the Region 2's deleted, so one to watch for. A t least I have a title to watch out for.

This part reminds me of The Brain That Wouldn't Die.

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

I think that we have an answer.  Darksider described a near perfect match for "The Immortalizer" (1991) in this post:
