Trying to remember the title of a movie I saw many years ago (10 or more). Here is what I know about it.

The movie was set at a high school. There was a Janitor, Shop Teacher, the students.  I remember the janitor character, was very tall, wore glasses and always carried around a mop.  As the movie went along students were killed and they displayed a body count through out the movie. This movie was a b-movie for sure and was a comedy horror mystery. Hope this helps, not much to go on.

You must remember the killer's heavy breathing too.  This sounds like a commonly searched for bad movie called "Student Bodies" (1981).

I keep wondering why this has not been released on DVD yet.

That was Robert Silverman, as the janitor, who also appeared in SCANNERS(1981) as the deranged artist. More useless info for your junk shelf upstairs...

WOOOAH!!! I gotta back up! Robert Silverman was the tall janitor with black frame glasses who always carried around a mop in PROM NIGHT(1980)!,which was not a comedy! A lot of those early high school slasher flicks get me confused...

Man....Student Bodies is a classic!  Is there a reason why this one isn't out on DVD?

I have a worn out copy somewhere on VHS but I'd kill for a DVD release.

"Ladies and gentlemen, in order to achieve an "R" rating today, a motion picture must contain full frontal nudity, graphic violence, or an explicit reference to the sex act. Since this film has none of those, and since research has proven that R-rated films are by far the most popular with the moviegoing public, the producers of this motion picture have asked me to take this opportunity to say "f**k you.""

Hilarious.

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

You guys are awesome!!!  I have been trying to find the title of this movie for ever!!  All I could remember was the breathing, the janitor and the body count.  When I read your posts, I had to do a search and my researched also jogged another memory.  How could I forget the killer hiding his voice with a rubber chicken??!!!??!  Thanks again guys.
