Late 80's early 90's B Horror/Sci-Fi Film....

Good Afternoon,

I have read through some of the forum posts, and I have to say, pretty nice community.

Hopefully someone can help out with a movie that is stuck in my head.

All I can remember is two things, one is there is a genetics influenced monster that is kept in a base of a powerfull corp. and two there is a girl that is a receptionist for the company (perhaps a daughter of an employee).  In one scene one of the male stars comes to the front lobby (this is a night I believe), hits on the girl and finds out that she is seventeen.  He walks off.  Another dude comes along and she says that she is eighteen.

Anyone recognize the movie????
