Something I haven't thought about in years has just come back to me. I remember watching a movie (I'd say this was in the early nineties, maybe even before), and the only part I remember was a man in a suit driving a car. I think it was christmastime, and the man had a wrapped present either next to or behind him. As he drives, a toy in the shape of a worm or caterpillar breaks out of the box. It slowly crawls its way over to the man and bites or attacks him somehow, causing the car to crash. I think the toy came in a package that said Larry the Larva, and I remember being freaked out by how creepy it was. There was other stuff going on, but I only remember that one scene. It could also have been a tv show. Please help.  :bluesad:

Larry the Larva appears in SILENT NIGHT, DEADLY NIGHT 5 (1992).

"5"? There needs to be a box set one of these days...

For the latest on the fifth installment in Don Coscarelli's Phantasm saga.

Nah that's ok. LOL! This was a horror franchise that didn't deserve to move past the 2nd film. However, if a boxed set did come out, I'd definitely buy it. LOL!

Thank you. I dont know what made me think of that...Between that and Mothra, I grew up with a serious bug phobia.

Is this the same film where large larvae are coming out of some sort of vent on a rooftop?  I sort of recall seeing a Silent Night, Deadly Night film with something of that sort.
