What is this movie

I would like to know the name of this sci fi B movie. I t has a brain and a spinal cord that floats around and sucks the brains and spinal cord out of its victim by the use of 2 tenticals. I can't remember much more. It is very old. Black and white film. E mail me the title please!!

Most likely FIEND WITHOUT A FACE. The brains don't appear until the end though.

The only other film that jumps to mind is "The Brain from Planet Arous."  However, that brain does not suck anyone's brains out.  However, it does float around - something the Fiends Without Faces do not (they do leap through the air).
