This is an 80's cartoon that I do not remember ever seeing:

It was a good show IMO.  I really enjoyed it in my teen years. Of course, it may not hold up as well now...

I liked the show but I was on the old side of the audience, it was one of the few non-anime cartoon shows from the time I watched. Might not hold up now, but there were definitely elements of the show I enjoyed. Some of the characters were clearly cheesy and over the top, but hey they were trying to sell toys not entertain and elnlighten my young teen mind.

I remember seeing ads for Prostars, I hated most sports as it was but that show convinced me I was right to sleep in on Saturday mornings. Michael Jordan, Wayne Getzky, and Bo Jackson, I know it wasn't a documentary but could you base a show on three less exciting real-life famous personalities. Bo was a legend in this state, but I never heard any Auburn fans bragging that one of their lumni and football legends had really made it now, he had a cartoon show. Like that Sport Billy show wasn't bad enough years earlier.

I seem to remember having a crush on Nightshade, probably one of the first animated characters I could say that about.  Wasn't there another thread on this show a few months ago? For the right price I could see picking up a DVD set of this, but I'm still debating whether to pick up those DVDs of The Big Valley Wally World has for $20 a season.

Thank you for providing that. TeddyR

Akiratubo did an, as usual, excellent review of the series on this board. I'm still waiting for his review of M.A.S.K. TeddyR

A gimmie just for you. TongueOut Besides this is the Internet, how many countless fanboys mention their crushes on anime babes, or fixations on the Baroness from G.I. Joe?

And thank you for that one too.
