Ultimate Warrior vs. Andre The Giant

You know - THIS 'pre match promo' may be the most pumped I've ever seen Warrior LOL!

Brooklyn Brawler was Kimchee. Yes, I just found that out...

He was also one of the Doink's, I think around '93 or '94 after Matt Borne left.  Also, he's had the pleasure of wrestling Rocky Johnson and The Rock.  Think the only other person who can claim that is Hogan.

Not sure...did Jerry Lawler wrestle the Rock at any point? Rock did have a run in Memphis early in his career I believe...

Does WWE have too much top talent? You wouldn't think this would be the case with CM Punk leaving (still hoping it's not permanent although you can't blame him really)...

It seems something is wrong when guys like Damien Sandow and Dolph Ziggler are pretty much members of the JOB Squad at this point. Similar happened back in the early 2000s when a whole bunch of ECW and WCW guys came in to WWE and guys like Raven and Tazz amongst others basically ended up similar. Perhaps it's that the same guys are staying at the top longer these days (Cena, Orton). Also a lot of new talent (Shield, Wyatts, Langston) is arising and emerging from NXT...

Wouldn't say it's too much top talent.  It's their unwillingness to push guys to the top of the card.  Orton, Cena, and a few others have been trading the belt back and forth for a decade.  Ziggler wins it, gets a pop, and they immediately job him out and push him back down.  Bryan wins it, gets a pop, they put it on Orton and now Bryan's in the mid-card feuding with Kane.

They've got 3 hours to fill...3 HOURS, and it's the same six or so guys in the same segments.  Back when Raw had only TWO hours they fit so much in.

Ziggler is probably getting punished for speaking up too as I understand he did that recently. But seriously to be jobbing him in less than 5 minutes to Del Rio when the 2 had great matches not very long ago is ridiculous. Sandow is not being used well either and has been basically nothing but fodder for others despite looking great in practically every match he has. On the plus side, Cesaro is finally getting a well deserved push and even pinned Randy Orton on Smackdown Friday.

Miz too is underused. Not that he was even great but he does work very hard when given the chance. Kingston looks great so much but lacks that edge he needs. Perhaps these guys need to get a good manager, form an heel faction and let loose on everyone....

I'm happy to see Jack Swagger who I've always felt was very underrated finally getting some attention lately as well. No doubt Zeb Colter (formerly Dutch Mantel and Uncle Zebekiah) has a lot to do with the success lately of Swagger and Cesaro.

You're right Happy. They just want to keep Cena and Orton on top as long as possible even though fans are sick and tired of them. Now if WCW were still around, some of those talents I named would be moving there and things would be a lot more interesting and WWE would be forced to produce a better product. As it is right now, they're giving us what they want and we'll like it or else...nothing.

TNA looked great the last two shows over in Scotland if anyone caught those. MVP has returned but in TNA. Abyss is the edgiest I've seen him in a while too. The American Wolves are also on side with MVP and looked great there on Thursday's show teaming with Samoa Joe.

Actually the last TNA show was in Manchester, England, the one before was in Scotland. Anyways, they were both pretty solid shows I felt.

The Rock (as Flex Kavana) vs. Jerry Lawler

The Rock vs Jerry Lawler

Takes a while to get past the weather forecast here but it's funny how they play Rocky Johnson off as a boxer when he was wrestling for a while when they did this....

Buildup for Jerry Lawler vs Rocky Johnson
