I bought the Allied Powers DVD to get a better understanding about the great tag teams or yesteryear before I became a fan. Much to my disappointment both John Morrison and The Miz are hosting the DVD in character and they don't give much backstory on the teams so far,  just a very quick glance over their careers and a  match. I only finished  the first disc so it could change.

The major problem with WWE DVDs is there is clear favoritism shown toward WWF /WWE product over ( IMO often superior) product from elsewhere such as the AWA, the NWA/WCW, World Class, etc. You have to consider the source with these DVDs and there's an agenda to try and make the WWF/WWE look superior when really in the 90s for the most part WCW had a better product (some would also argue ECW was better) and in the early 1980s, AWA and World Class had an arguably better product and in the mid-late 80s, tag wrestling (and wrestling in general) was pretty great in both the NWA and WWF. If you didn't live through those eras, watching stuff from the past isn't going to be quite the same as those who lived through those eras.

What was odd is that they did that too for The Nasty Boys, The British Bulldogs and The Rockers too.

The return of the Undertaker at last night's WWE Battleground

The brawl on Raw between Lesnar and Taker was insane. Makes me excited to see the match. A rare non-Wrestlemania appearance for Taker.

Sting is rumored for SummerSlam as well. Supposed to tag with Reigns and Ambrose vs Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and their partner.

With them about to put Cena back on top, I've lost all interest in the WWE. Not even the Undertaker can reignite that for me anymore. Let's face it, his best days are far behind him...(why no mention of hatred at Mania 31, WWE booking makes no sense whatsoever). I'm more interested in ROH, Lucha Underground, TNA (although I hate EC3 as champ there too), while it lasted on Fight Network House of Hardcore, New Japan, even NXT. That and pre-Cena wrestling....

Watched Battleground last night. The commentators did mention about Cena receiving boo's.

Just cause Cena is in the title picture doesn't mean he'll win it. And even if he does, it's a good thing. He's helped elevate Owens, Cesaro and Rusev into legit contenders who are are presumably moving up as well. Cena's had the best matches on Raw and PPV since winning the US title. And it gives Rollins someone fresh to face as Rollins has been facing the same competition for months.

Not to mention, Sheamus could always cash in as soon as Cena is about to win and swipe the title out from under him.

I think Taker is gearing up to retire.

Summerslam match, he's touring Mexico, he wants a match at Survivor Series...Mania is in Texas, his hometown.

Those matches were not great...they are the same old Cena garbage where he gets a ton of kickouts so people overestimate his matches. The guys he wrestled against are great, not him. No one else gets that type of booking and Cena should not get it. He doesn't deserve it - the only guys who should ever get that type of booking are universally over guys such as Hogan was in the 80s, Bruno was in the 60s, Stone Cold was in the 90s but even those guys didn't get that level of dominant booking. Cena botches moves terribly in every single match he has, his moves are horrible (what move does he hit that's crisp, that's good...can anyone even name 5 moves he does well? I honestly cannot think of any more than one or two moves I've ever seen him do well - perhaps the top rope leg drop and the Michinoku Driver...that's about it). They're putting the title on Cena no doubt (you can tell by the way they've turned Seth Rollins into a complete annoying b*tch character in hopes of getting fans to side with Cena when he takes him down. They'll likely do the same to Samoa Joe when he comes up...similar to what they did to Rusev)...it's the same old crap they've been doing the last ten years on and off. WWE is the same old crap.

Those matches were far better than anything he's done in the past five years, except his CM Punk matches. He's stepped it up, added moves, didn't dominate. It takes two people in the ring. Cesaro is good, but he didn'y exactly carry Cena. I went to their show a week ago in Philly. The Cena/Owens match was the best one on the card. Second best was Ambrose vs Rollins.

Do I want him in the title picture? No. But he's unfairly judged. I'd like to see Ambrose in the picture with Rollins. Rekindle that feud.

To me, Cena is terrible and has always been terrible. He's the most overrated top wrestler in history (Jarrett, Luger don't even come close to being as bad as him in terms of being overrated). I don't see him doing anything good in these matches, just his opponents. What standout moves did he do? Did he actually perform a move without botching it or it looking awful. His springboard stunner looks horrid, his sunset flip is the poorest I've ever seen, his punches look like he's never been in a real fight in his entire life, his dropkick is always done in the fetal position, his STF looks awful.  He botches move after move every single match. The guy does hardly anything that actually looks good. To me, he's so terrible in-ring he doesn't even belong on any wrestling roster anywhere.
