The Hackers (1988) - anyone ever see this?

Heard about this one from a b-horror junkie I was talking with, it's supposed to be hilariously bad, and probably one of the most rare b-movies I've come across yet. It has no IMDb entry and literally no other info online except for this one review of it I found:

Has anyone here heard of this or actually seen it? Is it worth the search, or is it just plain bad. And if anyone has a copy or knows where I can find one (fat chance) let me know.
