I'm probably in the minority but I actually prefer the 2nd Maniac Cop over the 1st.

The 3rd one is awful though.  Death by X-ray machine?!!!!!

While we're on the topic of threes.
Halloween:  Silver Shamrock pretty much stunk it up too

Basket Case 2 and 3 (haven't seen the original, but these two sucked balls.)

Oh wait, those were 90s horror films...  Well, they still sucked.

Haven't seen them, but I heard the two Sleepaway Camp sequels were bad...

Lost count of the numbers but recently re-watched:

Creepshow 2 another sequel that doesn't live up to the original. I loved the first one but the second was horrible.

The DORM THAT DRIPPED BLOOD was a total yawn fest.

Allhallowsday just slandered Angel Heart?

That's one of my favorite films from the 80s.

As revenge, I nominate

The Lost Boys
Highly overrated. It didn't even have any hot vampire chicks in it. Total sausage party there.

Well, there would have been, if they had done a sequel to "The Lost Boys" like they were planning on doing. The sequel was to be called "The Lost Girls" with a lot of hot vampire chicks in it. I don't know why they never did do the sequel. "The Lost Boys" certainly did enough business at the box office to warrant a sequel.

Night Train to Terror (1985)

You know, I never did watch this one all the way through.  I can scarcely get through the beginning musical number before I feel fresh, warm blood building up in my throat.  I can only fathom what the entire movie would do to me...

Now that they're making direct-to-DVD Lost Boys sequels, we might see that Lost Girls concept come to fruition.  Alas, it doesn't look like LB3 is going in that direction.  But, to be honest, my interest in seeing the Coreys and Jamison Newlander all grown up just doesn't really seem worth it like it would have been in, say 1991 or so.
Goblins still exist. Your Grandpa Seth is telling you!

Are you nuts? You tryin' ta turn me into a homo?

You're TEARING ME APART, Lisa!

Wow, this list is shocking! Shame on you all, nearly every film you guys listed is awesome!  :teddyr:

I'm surprised no one mention Hobogoblins.  I think it was trying to be a horror movie... maybe a sci-fi film or maybe a exploitation film?  I don't know, its hard to tell and I really don't want to watch it again to determine what type of film it is.

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

I can't think of a worse one than skullduggery. man I hated that

I was surprised how many people liked Evil Laugh.  I thought it was pretty damn awful.
