Hi All..

This is my first post..

Turns out i love this site as much as i love drilling Brinke Stevens!

I have been collecting 70's, 80's and Classic Horror, Action & Comedy B-Movies for years..

Here's some of my 10 of my fairly recent finds (& favs):

Suspiria (finally picked up the box set i've wanted for ages, worn out my other copies).
The Thing (Special Edition).
The Hidden (fast cars, rock music, destruction - what else could you want).
Pieces ('nuff said).
Rosemary's Killer (very good horror).
The Kindred (hadn't seen it for ages - $2).
Paperhouse (glad i've never had glandular fever!).
Bruiser (underrated Romero).
Shivers (classic Cronenberg).
Chiller (nice little horror starring Michael Beck from The Warriors).

Check out these if you haven't seen them already.

Russ.

Strangers on a Train 2-disc
TCM Archives Laurel & Hardy Collection
Masters of the Universe
The Ninth Configuration

Also got a couple VHS at the thrift store:

Day of the Triffids
High Desert Kill

10,000 Volt Ghost

Day of the Triffids creeped me out real bad when I was young. Night of the Leapus not so much.
John Hancock

Sleepyskull

Not movies, but TV on DVD:

Tom Goes to the Mayor: The Complete Series

Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Volume 3

Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Volume 4

I bought a couple of anime series recently.  Not movies, but they are just as good.

However, there is one series that I love the most.  I beg you all!  You must see this show!  It's $25 at Best Buy and it worth your time!  It is Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo.

Don't know if this should be in good movie purchases or bad as I've never seen it, but I've read about it and I need to see it!

Can't seem to embed the trailer so here's the link (if someone could explain why I can't that would be great  )

Re: HAUSU: RetroRussell declared it a bad movie, but everyone else I know who's seen it has called it a good movie.  I'm anxious to see it.

To link to youtube, don't use the embed code (won't work).  Instead click on the youtube icon (right above the firey jumping smiley there) and past the URL between the  (youtube) and (/youtube) icons.
