Simple Minds - Live in the City of Light

I saw SIMPLE MINDS live in about 1984; they opened for THE PRETENDERS.  I think it was the Learning To Crawl tour.  SIMPLE MINDS was great.  That was also the show where CHRISSIE HYNDE shrugged at me!!

Simple Minds - Live in the City of Light

I saw SIMPLE MINDS live in about 1984; they opened for THE PRETENDERS.  I think it was the Learning To Crawl tour.  SIMPLE MINDS was great.  That was also the show where CHRISSIE HYNDE shrugged at me!!   

Based on "Live in the City of Light" (which I first heard on tape, around 1989 I would guess), I would love to see them in concert.  I've seen a couple of singers and bands that didn't sound nearly as good live, but I think Simple Minds sounds best that way.  I have some of their normal (studio) albums; they are not nearly as good as this one.
