Try Decade for variety. For pure perfect NEIL, try After The Goldrush but only if you can handle folky blues, handmade, homespun, and unexpected. I think most people agree if that's not his one, than it is close to it. Listen for his tunes. Listening to a singer/songwriter is... different than listening to a Pop artist, or "good singer". NEIL can't sing, and his package could be troubling, I see. You're right to recognize him as a songwriter... I can't help but bust the chops of those I'm fondest of.
