For pure perfect NEIL, try After The Goldrush but only if you can handle folky blues, handmade, homespun, and unexpected.  I think most people agree if that's not his one, than it is close to it.  

I wouldn't argue with anyone who says AFTER THE GOLD RUSH is Neil's best.  I'm kind of partial to EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS IS NOWHERE, though, because it has the full Crazy Horse band and the jams are amazing.
