JOBRIATH is a nearly impactless, and certainly forgotten, artist that was signed for an unprecedented sum by Elektra Records in 1973, had a disastrously huge media machine (read: manager) overhyping him to the degree that the press rejected JOBRIATH and the public were indifferent with apparent, uncharting, record sales.  Rereleased all these years later thru the efforts of MORRISSEY, both albums and a collection are available.  With ironic hindsight, JOBRIATH's 2 albums are very listenable and excellent, if not unusual and well produced.  I was old enough, but do not remember JOBRIATH's original incarnation (including an enormous billboard in Times Square).  Later, I had heard of JOBRIATH back in the 80's, after his death, but he was no one anyone remembered, or cared about (he died in 1983).  Below is a link to my Amazon reviews, the most recent of which are of JOBRIATH's albums.

The Misfits Box Set.  More specifically, Discs 3 & 4, which are some rare outtakes, and the album Static Age.

Also:

Loud, Fast: Their Toughest Hits by The Ramones.  Featuring 30 Ramones hits, like "The KKK Took My Baby Away", "We're A Happy Family", "Pinhead" and my favorite, "I'm Against It."

I really wanna pick up their collection "Weird Tales of The Ramones."

Yes, it probably is!  Form Wikipedia: "Bernstein stated explicitly in his writing that the part for countertenor may be sung by either an actual countertenor or a boy soprano, but never by a woman."
