20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection: The Best of Creedence Clearwater Revisited

Live! and Fantastic! IMO anyways.

20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection: The Best of the Who

Great stuff!

Suzanne Vega: 99.9 F

Not so great but it's certainly different and undeniably I find it very interesting and entertaining in its own way.

The Cult Files

Love all those old TV themes! and all that wonderful music from the movies.

I just bought Waltz for Debby (99 cents used and mint!) and a couple of Vangelis CD's ($2 each for used copies of The City and Antarctica) a few days ago!  Though I haven't taken the time to listen to 'em yet.

Very apt soundtrack to my day, in a number of ways.

Psycho Circus

I have absolutely no idea what to make of this album. The first tracks are great and "Dr. Alibi" featuring Lemmy is good, but the rest of it plays like some awful Smash Hits compilation. Slash doesn't really show any great chops, just the standard blues rock guitar playing, with modern production and a host of who's who celebrity whores....

I bought my Waltz for Debby used also, and very recently though not as great a price as yours, I'm way happy with my "mint" copy!    I also bought the VANGELIS China on CD recently but have had it many years on vinyl (my second copy - the first ruined long ago).

I'm listening to an Easter mix including:

Time for a free Saturday download.

"5.0 Electrónica Mexicana Contemporánea" by Various Artists.  Electronica from Mexico.  Turns out it's no less boring than electronica from the English speaking world. Still, you can download it here if interested.
