I don't know if it will ever be confirmed 100%. The great Cassandra Peterson herself doesn't know. Sounds wierd I guess, but basically she said it could very well be her, as she was indeed a go-go dancer/showgirl at the time of the album's release, simply doesn't remember. She has said that the picture looks enough like her at the time that she's pretty sure it is. That's good enough for me. In any case, she doesn't seem to be too concerned about it.
