All alone and enjoying oldies.

The Fleetwoods - Come Softly To Me

*The Fleetwoods* - Mr Blue

BOBBY VINTON turned 80 years old in April.   :bluesad:  I'm too young for BOBBY VINTON but I remember ads for his records in the '70s or 80s... he has been married to the same gal for over 50 years.

Actually starting to cut back on what I listen to. A photo of Kanye and his Fat Concubine wearing Megadeth and Metallica shirts made me swear off listening to either band, and I ran away a friend by offering a John Entwistle Band video, so I'm not listening to that any more.

Listening now to these well known tracks.   "Iron Man" reminds me of BLUE CHEER (only not nearly as good...)
I love Rock n' Roll.  But I don't like BLACK SABBATH.  I don't think they could write.  Or play.  I never got it.  I'd rate them with URIAH HEEP or GRAND FUNK.

I can appreciate that.  I dig em.  Certainly influential, regardless of their ability.  I like solo-Ozzy more than his Sabbath days.
