YOKO !!!  (Oh no!)  That's a famous performance... a friend of mine has it on his phone and I was choking drunk crazy laughing one night.  He would not stop playing that torture.

Free music Saturday!

I just discovered this treasure trove (well, treasure for some of us) on the Internet Archive. It comes from a recently-passed law that relaxes the prohibition on sharing and copying "orphan" recordings, something that's been long overdue in copyright law.

I bet I'll spend a lot of time here. I noticed LPs from Martin Denny, Mrs. Miller, Stan Kenton... and lots of classical music and lots of weirdo stuff from the 50s and 60s.

I downloaded this one, because it seemed the most popular and I like listening to Indian music occasionally (even though I don't really understand it).

This is better, but you have to be in the mood.  I'm usually glad with "motionless" music as well as movies... so I'm still listening.
