Chicago.  I remember very little from school, so needless to say this teacher was a character.  He was a grizzled Hippie gearhead/farmer with a plot of land and some chickens in the western suburbs.  His fingers were calloused and chipped, his skin was leathery, and his wrinkles had wrinkles.  He was one of those teachers that had a million peculiar do it my way! requests, though the only thing I can recall now was that he refused to use an ABCDF grading system, or even numeric percentages.  Instead he had pluses, checks, and minuses, the criterion of which none of us were ever able to figure out.  I also remember he drove a massive pickup truck, older than God and rusted completely through.  I don't know how he maneuvered that in the crazy city traffic.  Haha.

But yeah, if he's still alive he probably looks pretty much exactly like this Rhinestone Cowboy.

Susan, that was a spoof. Fatal Bazooka is the latest character of French comedian Michael Youn (who some years ago also was a member of the pseudo East European boy band the Bratisla Boys). Fatal Bazooka can best be described as France's answer to Ali G.
"Once you get past a certain threshold, everyone's problems are the same: fortifying your island and hiding the heat signature from your fusion reactor."
