Judge Ito today ruled in favor of plaintiff Fredrick Kruger in a landmark civil case, charging industry leaders Microsoft and Sony of "bias toward the dual-handed". Microsoft officials have stated their intentions to appeal the verdict, but a representative of Sony has expressed "shameful regret" in "disregarding the mono-handed consumer base". The company plans to release a special joystick later this year.
