Inspired by a recent review by CheezeFlixz, I have spent far too much time with 1948's Unknown Island, wherein an engaged couple finance an expedition to an uncharted South Pacific island where they encounter dinosaurs, giant prehistoric primates and worst of all: lecherous sea captains. It's just like King Kong, only with no giant ape and really crappy dinosaurs. Plus, inspired by Nathan Shumate, I had to work a Big Bird reference into one of the captions.

Read it here.

"Hey, let's get Mikey. He'll eat it. He'll eat anything!"

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

What an extraordinary review! That giant rabid sloth is one of my favorite 'WTF?!?' monsters of all time.

I hate to admit it but that's the first time I'd visited yor site. All of your in-depth and hilarious reviews are definitely on my must-read list now.

Anyone who has spent so much time with SNOW BEAST must be admired, and maybe pitied a bit as well.  :teddyr:

If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.

Great stuff! I nearly keeled over laughing. First time I've visited your site too sorry to say.

Anyone who has not read one of Shadow's reviews should do so and this, might I say, is a really good one to start with.
