Well, the picture says "TSUYO KISS", which, doing a search is apparently some kind of Japanese PC game, so I'm ASSUMING that's where it comes from. You can see a video of the opening of the game below.

Oops, that's what I get for not investigating the file. Now that I know though, I've heard of the game before. IIRC it was an 'adult' game originally. This might explain things...
