Bizarre Miss B

I don't remember much about this movie save for what I think might be the last scene. These two girls are running through an alley in the rain and start cutting each other on the face and maybe the arms with something.. I don't remember what.. glass, knives, who knows. They possibly may have just run away from some sort of institution... like a reform school or detention center maybe the boobie hatch, I dunno.

Can someone help?

Near the end of the first "Poison Ivy", I remember there was a scene between Ivy and another girl that took place in the rain.  I can't recall if there was any cutting, though.
Kneel before Dr. Hell, the ruler of this world!

The one this brings to mind for me is Death Tunnel, there is a scene in which a blonde wearing nothing but a plastic sheet attacks one of her female friends with a hunk of glass thinking that it is the bad guy. The scene is in one of the basement hallways, and while it isn't raining, there is enough water dripping from pipes you would think it was.

I'm very familiar with the Poison Ivy movies and I'm certain it's neither one of those. I checked out Death Tunnel and it's not that either. I'm not certain, but I kinda remember accents, so it may be British. It was most likely made in the 80s, maybe the 70s. The whole film had a dull sort of look to it.

hhmmm...this sounds like a giallo movie...maybe argento or bava?or possibly this is the vampire and the ballerina?no....but it's about a dance school, right?alot of those movies have british dubbing...

It's been a while since I've seen it, but this might be Claude Chabrol's Les Liens de Sang aka Blood Relatives (1978). At the end of the movie, there's a flashback of the murder where one girl kills another with a knife in an alley in the rain. There are British, French, and French-Canadian actors in the cast which would explain the memory of accents, and I would describe the film as having a dull look to it.
