The Fly - Jeff Goldblum battles a crazed baboon/pigeon(?) hybrid he created while testing the fusion application for the telepods while searching for a way to make him less fly at the genetic level. After everything else, why remove that?

The spider pit sequence from KING KONG (1933). Reportedly the scene was so gruesome it "stopped the film cold" so it was removed after initial previews. Film scholars and fans have been looking for it ever since.

If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.
