A 90's comedy

Hi everyone! I've watched this movie about 8 years ago, and I don't remember a lot of things, but I've been searching for it for a long time. Here's the clues:

- It's a comedy.
- The story begins with a man in his 30s talking with a psychiatric inside a prison interrogation room. The man swears he is a teenager, and that he don't know how he got into this body.
- The psychiatric shows him some of those ink bloat images to see what the guy see in them, and he says "SEX!" to all of them (the last picture the psychiatric shows it's a photography of a porcupine). The psychiatric says something like "you're really a teenager".
- Good part of the movie it's flashbacks of the guy, who is telling the psychiatric everything he remembers.
- There's something about a parabolic antenna in the movie, and I'M NOT SURE, but I think that the title of movie deals with it - at least, on the brazilian version of the title, which can be something totally different of the original title.
- There's something about a girl that invited him for a menage à trois with her cousin in Las Vegas.
- There's something about the guy giving his little brother some kind of chemical experiment. The psychiatric ask him something like "do you really poisoned your brother", and the guy answers "no, it's just something that would make his pee turn blue".
- One of the things that the guy tells to the psychiatric it's a dream, where he was one of the guys of the crew of the film (he kind of breaks the fourth wall and shows the guy, who it's one of those guys that holds the lights). In the dream, sex was forbidden, and he was trying to do it with a girl while the police was searching for the couple.
- Although I mentioned a lot about sex in this movie, it's not porn.

Too much plot for a porn movie anyway. 

I'm drawing a blank, might it be one of those body switching comedies from the late 80s/early 90s?

Well, it's not about body switch. If I remember, the guy was victim of an experiment or accident that made him older. And I don't remember of the plot dealing with he having trouble with his new body.

I wouldn't say it's a scifi comedy or a sex comedy, it just got this bizarre plot. Sex it's the source for some jokes, but it's not the main thing going on there. It's not scifi, 'cause the only scify thing it's him turning into a older man. The events that he tells to the psychiatrist about his life it's pretty much things of a teenager stereotype, only with some bizarre things on it.

This reminds me of a made for tv movie from the 80s/early 90s. It was about a teenager with a rare aging disease. I think he was in a skateboarding accident in the beginning of the movie ... didn't cause his disease but that's how he found out he had it.

One scene I remember was on a beach and he's aged quite a lot. He pays some kids to pick up sea shells, sea horses, etc. Does this help?
