Guy Kicks Or Punches Woman In the Gut

I was driving to work last night when a vague memory of a scene popped into my head.
All I can remember is that a guy with a British accent kicks or punches a woman in the gut and then asks, "Did it hurt baby?"

It would've been a fairly recent film and it's driving me nuts not being able to remember what it is.

Why does Mortal Kombat come to mind.  Kano I believe says this to Sonya when they are fighting.

I don't know why it popped into my head the other night but I must've spent a few hours trying to remember which movie it was.
And would it really be possible to break someone's neck the way Sonya did in that clip?

Speaking of Mortal Kombat, I haven't seen that one in years.  I've got a friend who owns it on DVD...think I might ask to borrow it sometime soon.
