Seems they have decided to try and top Home Alone 4 as worst sequel ever with none other than the upcoming movie................Ace Ventura 3--without Jim Carrey of course. It's gonna be about his son Ace Ventura Jr. who will be played by some little kid. You know this movie will suck.

Can you imagine? They'll have a kid with the hair-do and clothes that Carey had...and...and...and will he be making ass jokes? I really don't want to see that.

Still, I gues we have to be fortunate that they did not make a sequel to the Blues Brothers. Can you imagine a Blues Brothers movie without John Belushi? Who would they stick in there, some random kid?

This is a terrible terrible idea for a movie. It'd be like having Naked Gun without Leslie Nielsen.

Another terrible sequel: Christmas Vacation 2: Eddie's Island Adventure. The sequel to National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, only with Cousin Eddie's family as they head to an island. Dana Barron, the original Audrey, is in it.

I think that it has something to do with his returning for the 1st Ace Ventura sequel and the movie turning out to be crap and he was raked a bit over the coals for returning to do it. He has sinced refused to do sequels to his movies.

The talk was Ace Ventura Jr was going to be played by that annoying fat kid from the bomb Nancy Drew. There is currently no child actor I hate worse than him.

A Jurassic Park 4 has also been in talks of getting made but it's supposedly been having some problems in getting a script that Spielberg will approve of.

Just on a trivial note: The last idea that I had heard was gonna be the plot for JP 4 was that the dinos got off the island and escaped to New York and basically it turned into a Godzilla type of movie--which of course is a bad idea in itself but y'know.....

And not to sound racist or anything but what is with the several white classic shows and old movies getting remade as all-black/black only movies--mostly by Cedric The Entertainer?

I mean, really?

There are certainly enough classic black movies and tv shows that they could pick from but instead he ignores them and only goes after something that was originally a white show/movie?

I mean he coulda done The Cosby Show, Sanford And Son, or any of the half-a-million programs off BET, so why doesn't he go after those instead?

I just find it ironic that he ONLY goes after classics that were originally done by or with whites and makes them "all black" programs. There are enough classic black programs for him to choose from so why does he only go after white ones to do a remake of? I don't see any white guys remaking Shaft or Roots with an "all white cast" why do there seem to be so many "let's take a classic program the originated with white actors and make some of them or just all of them black" cases. I mean you got Daredevil, you got Honeymooners, you got Wild Wild West, you got Back To School--just to name a few.

But let's turn this around shall we?

What if we started seeing "all white" remakes of "The Cosby Show", "Keenan And Kel", "Sanford And Son" and so on?

All of a sudden we would hear an outrage of "whites showing racism against blacks" because they changed the skin color--THEN skin color would start to matter. But as long as it's just black remakes of old programs/movies that were originally done with a white cast-then there is no problem.

I mean hell..........The Truman Show IS STILL getting crap because it "didn't have any blacks in his town" which is bulls**t as it is because there were SEVERAL blacks that were in that movie-his neighbors are just a primary example.........
