Like many things in life, it's quality that counts, not quantity.

Not in a recession.

If God exists, why did he make me an atheist? Thats His first mistake.

Heh - Gotta disagree again. If I can only spend so much on biscuits, I'm gonna buy extra-amazingly awesome biscuits, even though I get less. Having tasted them previously, everything else would taste like offal in my mouth by comparission. I guess that makes me a biscuit snob huh? :tongueout:

You think we ought to stop hi-jacking threads with biscuit debates?

I have spent the past 2 days with my ex partner as "friends" and it has been really great after about 5 months apart. But, boy is it killing me on the inside, as I am still utterly in love with her.  :bluesad: In other news....I was spat at before.

Has she put her thumbs on your windpipe and squeezed? I had an ex do that before.

My suggestion: Kick her in the taco. . .
Raw bacon is GREAT! It's like regular bacon, only faster, and it doesn't burn the roof of your mouth!

I second Ghouck's recommendation.

Random Thought: Crap, am I going to be able to get this research paper on how important the Mastodon was to the Founding Fathers to the requisite 15 pages? I'm almost at 12...how far can I stretch this?

Try mentioning the preservative effects of tar pits.

You can also punch her in the taco - it's always nice to have options.

George Carlin told one of the weirdest jokes I've ever heard on some late night talk show when I was a kid

"Everyone says the country is going down the tubes. I say "Where are these tubes"? "

I don't know if it's exactly what you'd call funny but I have always remembered it for some reason.

I've decided I'm not going to use bleach in my laundry anymore, the whites seem to get clean enough with it, and the damn cap came loose TWICE and has ruined a pair pants, and splattered on a pair shorts, a t shirt, sweatpants, and one of my BRAND NEW polo shirts.  (And considering how hard it is to find s**t in my size, that REALLY makes me mad.)

So, screw it, no more bleach, period!  I don't need it.
