I really hate that 'sniping' crap on ebay and other auctions, , but feel I have to follow suit to get what I want.
Raw bacon is GREAT! It's like regular bacon, only faster, and it doesn't burn the roof of your mouth!

Man, that "Whiteout" film with Kate Beckinsale looks garbage. It's got a cast of about 4 ppl and CGI snow.  :bouncegiggle:

Eh, it's adapted from a graphic novel next to no one has read.  Of course it'll probably be garbage.

And the CGI snow part makes me think...

Film crews often pick cities that aren't anywhere near the setting and pretend that they're elsewhere.  For example, here in Spokane they've filmed a few flicks and have tried to pretend it's a much bigger city like New York or Los Angelos.  In the future, does this mean that we can expect to see LA and New York CG'ed into movies when they don't feel like going over there?  Why build a hospital set when we can just generate one with a computer?  Just get all the cast to stand in front of the magic blue and green screens and let the computer do the rest.  No, I'm not ranting, and I'm sure what I'm posting sounds ludicrous, but it makes me wonder now.

Next time I see another haunted house movie, or a cannibal flick set in the backwoods, or a futuristic wasteland, are they all going to be CGI?

Here I thought that Hollywood might have actually come up with the idea for a movie themselves.  Good grief, I was 1% optimistic about something coming out of that place, how dumb.  This was about the only larger-budget movie that's piqued my interest in about a year or so, and I see it's got a big 8% positive rating over at Rotten Tomatoes.

I remember reading that Spiderman's web-swinging was CGI, which was the first time they'd tried to do a human more or less close up. Our brains a lot more willing to accept CGI animals than humans.

But now that they've broken that barrier, I'm sure you're right, that we'll start seeing a lot more CGI humanoids like ghosts, zombies and inbred backwoods cannibals.

I apologize in advance if this is TMI, but...

Just spent the last several minutes looking at close up pictures that I just took of my anus.

Why you ask?  Trust me it's not some new kinky fetish I've got, fact is, it HURTS.  Not too badly mind you, but it's been mildly uncomfortable to sit down and stuff.  Dunno what the deal is but I've got some kind of a lump.

I REALLY hope it's something simple like a hemorrhoid, gonna try and make an appointment with the doctor on Monday (ironic, since I was just in to SEE the doctor last Wednesday.)

I know it's not a philodial cyst (thank God) cause the placement is wrong (they're usually near the top of the buttock, by the lower back.

Hopefully it's nothing serious...

I wonder how much it would cost to get Patrick Warburton (The Tick live action series, Brock Samson on Venture Bros.) to follow me around speaking for me.  Like, anything I want to say I write down on a card and give to him and he says it in his booming voice.
