If you need any tips just feel free to ask.  For instance, on Wednesday night I'll always put a shoe or some other object out in the middle of the floor.  Later I see it and wonder "What the hell's that doing there?  Oh yeah, that's my reminder to put the garbage out before I go to bed."  People might think I'm a little peculiar, but at least I don't have garbage piled up in the garage.
