I just learned today I can no longer tolerate the smell of someone else's sh!t while using a public restroom.

Oh totally! Awkward thing happened to me at work. Me and my work buddy went to take a quick leak before we scored a ride from this woman on our section and there was this unholy smell coming from one of the cubicles. It was like vodka vomit and medical waste, really made you want to retch real bad. When we were walking out I turned round to my friend and pretended I was choking, you know, grabbing my throat dramatically. I didn't realise the dude taking a dump could see me in the mirror as he came out!

I almost can't myself, but unfortunately about 50% of my patients either s**t themselves or took a s**t in a nearby commode.  I still haven't gotten used to it.

It would be weird if just your head became zombified. or like your hand

Sometimes I swear some people have something rotting inside of them.  I've taken many smelly dumps in my day but honestly nothing as bad as some people smash out.  What the frig these people are eating is a mystery to me.

True stories:

1) My mom met Kiss backstage during the Creatures of the Night tour. She only managed to talk with Eric Carr and Gene Simmons. According to her, Eric was really nice and Gene was (not surprisingly) a pompous ass.

2) Both my mom and aunt were at the Metallica/Guns 'N' Roses concert where James got set on fire. Luckilly, they ran out before things got way out of hand.

I've been on kind of a Joe Dante kick lately, and really want to see Matinee, but it's not on Netflix, nor at Movie Trading Company. *sighs sadly, shrugs*
Oh well, I went and grabbed The Burbs instead, one I've never seen before. Anyone have any thoughts on this film? Just curious.

Sure, every episode of The Benny Hill Show ends with a chase scene...
But how did this whole thing with the cast running like robots with poles up their butts in tributes get started?
I've never seen that episode.

I really enjoyed The 'burbs.  Very silly sense of humor.

I LOVE the Burbs! You done yourself good!  I want to live in that neighborhood and I want Corey Feldman to be my neighbor.  I had a crush on Hans when I was younger and would watch that movie all the time.

I just watched some cips from Atlas Shrugged on youtube. the dialogue was really poor. It really needed some Oliver stone type coporate bastard panache and it's just flat flat flat. I've read positive rev iews from right wingers and negative ones from left wingers.

as a cinephile who is a libertarian (though I've never actually read Ayn Rand) I feel compelled to see this even though I never go to movies. I think I will wait for dvd though actually.

Arch Enemy's new song isn't as good as Enemy Within. :tongueout:

I think I've heard more negative than positive for Atlas Shrugged, sadly.  I'll probably hold off for a very long time, but eventually watch it.

I've heard nothing good about it.  5% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, which is at least up from 0% on Friday.  Apparently the option on the novel was about to expire and they rushed it into production without much planning.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...
