I got really drunk last night and I don't remember going to bed. I do remember that I had candles all over the place and when I got up this morning they've all gone! I don't recall blowing them out and they're not even in the trash??

They could be the kind that just evaporate once they finish burning.  Are they paraffin? Soy wax?  Not sure which ones do that.
