It's believed Monday was named in tribute to the moon. It was very nearly dubbed "Lunaday." Since most of us spend Monday mornings feeling like lunatics, that'd probably been a more apt name.

Sounds like a lot of Mondays I've had.

Noon on Tuesday - I figure we're about 30% of the way to the weekend

Odd.  I've already heard that comment several times this week.  Always makes me wonder when people's subjective experience of something (such as time passing) is similar.

With me I think it's because we were having beautiful weather and then all of a sudden it's cold, rainy and gloomy as can be.  I went from "middle of summer and tons of stuff to do" straight to "late fall and trapped inside the house" in the space of a few days.

And it's boring!   :bluesad:

Why do I love this place?  Because we've got a "You know what really grinds my gears?" thread that's 132 pages long and a "People are awesome" thread that's got 0 replies   :bouncegiggle:

Downloaded a song from Amazon.  It said the downloaded was successful, so I guess it must be somewhere here on my computer.

Amongst these 1.4 million files.

EDIT:  oh I figured it out.  It downloaded it to the Amazon cloud player, not my computer.  I couldn't use the cloud player because there was a pop-up message informing me of some recent changes to it, but the "close" button at the bottom of the message was off the bottom of the screen in Firefox so I couldn't close it and therefore couldn't access the player.  So I went through the whole thing again with Internet Explorer, then downloaded the Amazon MP3 downloader, which took two attempts and 20 minutes.  Then I tried to actually download my song from the Amazon cloud player via the Amazon MP3 downloader, but IE just sat there forever downloading.  Then I told it to cancel so it sat there forever cancelling.  So I rebooted the whole damned thing which took about 15 minutes once all those unresponding programs were finally closed by the "Windows in shutting down" program.

So I got that all straightened out finally.  Except for my song.

Rearranged some of my arrowhead frames this weekend . . .
Since I couldn't get out and go hunting!  Tell me what you think!

These are from the Sulphur River drainage, collected over many years from a tri-County area - Fannin, Delta, and Lamar.

Same drainage.  Again, many hunts and many pooters not shown here!!

Southern Hunt County, TX, Sabine River drainage.

And last but not least, Limestone County, TX (these were mostly collected in the 1990's and early 2000's)

Hopefully, here in a week or two, I'll have new finds to  post!!!
